Presented by a telehealth industry pioneer, Marlene M. Maheu, PhD, this course will provide an overview of telehealth law and ethical issues addresses practicing over state lines, privacy, and HIPAA for multiple modalities (i.,e. apps, email, texting, video). It offers a brief overview of telehealth informed consent, malpractice insurance, multicultural, diversity, and equity issues, running your practice as a home-based business, and much more.
