Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
1. Describe to a client how a professional interdisciplinary collaborative team works together to meet the various needs of all family members in this type of divorce process.
2. Analyze the pros/cons of using the interdisciplinary collaborative approach versus other family law options in cases with a history of interpersonal violence, substance abuse, and mental illness.
3. Create a personal action plan for developing a culturally competent professional practice in family transitions.
Approved for 12 hours of general continuing education credits; 2 hours Professional Ethics & Florida Laws & Rules and 1 hour of domestic violence continuing education credits.

Fees: $495 FPA Members; $520 Non-FPA Members
Refund Policy: Full refund minus credit card processing fees with 3-week notice of cancellation. No refund with less than 3-week notice of cancellation, but another participant may be substituted.
