Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  1. Describe what an interstate compact is and one example of a compact.
  2. Describe what PSYPACT is and two things that it allows psychologists to do in order to ethically and legally practice according to regulations.
  3. Name the status of 10 participating states with respect to PSYPACT and upcoming dates of implementation.
