Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  1. Identify best practice assessments for various concerns; age groups; cultural, linguistic, and racial differences; referral purposes .
  2. Identify common misconceptions, and key features of assessment cases utilizing a scientist-practitioner model.
  3. Identify one assessment techniques to use with clients of various ages, cultures, neurodevelopmental disorders, and psychiatric diagnoses to increase and maintain accurate testing data.

Approved for 1 hour of general continuing education credit
